Gardsman - What a hassle

CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO -- What a hassle. We purchased a sofa from lazy boy and purchased the gardsman protection plan per the sales persons persuasion. Well a small rip occurred in the cushion ( smaller than a dime). We jump threw all their hoops and three months later still waiting for repair. Several visits from subcontracted repair tecs. Wrong color and fabric was sent after three month back order on our fabric type. Repair tec were rude, what a hassle.
