Church's Fried Chicken - Bloody Chicken

DALLAS, TEXAS -- I enter Church's Chicken at the cross road at loop 12. I purchased two 2piece orders of spicy chicken, with 2 biscuits and a medium drink. I paid for my order and left. As I drove off I bit into a chicken leg, and to my surprise it was bloody on the inside. I returned to the Church's and asked the lady for a refund on my purchase due to the chicken being undercooked. There was no manager in the store, the employer said " I can not refund your money, my register will come up short." I wrote on the back of my receipt my name and phone number and explained that the chicken was bloody and had the employer to sign the receipt. She told me the manager would be back, she had to call him. I returned at 4pm, she stated that another customer came in with a 10piece and her chicken was bloody. She also told me that the manager came in and he said he would be back. It has been 2days and the manager has not contacted me. I feel as though if they can not cook the chicken properly, they should obtain better management. I still have not received my refund.

That happened to me in 71 and I have not been back until last night. it was not bloody but was not good quality in any way. they do not know what a breast or wing is-round rock and aw grimes

basically the chicken should be cooked at 350 degrees for 15 minutes,depending they may not have had the temperature exactly right or they pulled the chiken too early if they don't see 4 of five legs floating.
