Smooth Fitness - Defective Unti, Awful Customer Service

MARYLAND -- Within a week of receiving unit, the unit is falling apart. Three parts need replacements. Customer service is unprofessional and rude! They refuse to replace the defected unit with good unit. They want to keep replacing parts on a brand new unit. They want me to professionally pack such a huge unit and pay for returning 300lb unit. The company, services, equipment are absolutely awful.

Do not use this company.

We own a Smooth fitness treadmill and I am surprised to hear this. We bought in 2006 or 2007 & I've ran many miles on it in in that time. The only problem we ever had was when my husband & a friend were moving it to the garage and the on/off switch was ripped off because the treadmill was almost too wide to fit through the gate. We called Smooth Fitness and they sent us the part we needed.

You're lucky, Smooth Fitness has now shut down as of 11/25/12. I am a service provider who is owed for 4 months of service work
