Popeye Chicken - They Are Making Faces

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK -- While I am buying the food, the manager and the co-employee of that Popeye location along 40th St. Bet. 7 and 8th ave. were making faces and laughing about me. I would know because they would look at me and then look at each and laugh. I don't think that is right.
