Baskin Robbins - Your employees have no idea what they are doing!
31 Below ice cream shake - Complaint

JAMAICA, NEW YORK -- I went into your store and ordered a reeses 31 below shake, the BR employee looked at me like I has 3 heads, he then glanced at the menu board for a minute or two and then asked me again what I wanted. I pointed to the item in the menu at which point he turned again and stared blankly at the menu board. He next asked a coworker what it was I was asking for. When all was said and done it took 4 different employees to complete my order, the finished product was done incorrectly and tasted bland and unsatisfying

Is this a new shake? They might not have been familiar with how to make it if it's new.

All personnel are supposed to be trained on new products well in advance of the items arriving on the menu. At least that's how it was back in the day when I worked at Taco Bell. Whenever a new promotional item was being introduced, they'd train everyone before it came out to avoid confusion. Good review!
