KEENE, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- I've been reading the reviews of Time Warner Cable on here this morning. So far every one of them is a bad review. This one is not a bad review.
I have been a customer of Time Warner Cable for at least 15 years. I have found the people in the local office and the people at the area call center to me more than helpful when I have had issues with their services. The 3 times in the past 15 years that I have moved they always show up when they say they will show up, the equipment gets installed in a timely manner and the tech always makes sure everything is working properly, and stays and shows us how things work and makes sure we know what we are doing. My most recent move was 2 months ago, and I actually got instructions on how to set everything up from the local office so I wouldn't need a tech to do it. And their instructions were perfect! We have been up and running with no issues at all.
The few times I have had problems it's taken either a call or a visit to the local office to get things sorted out or to get a tech to the house the same day or the next day. Maybe I've been lucky, but I like to think that the local office of Time Warner Cable knows what they are doing and understands good customer service.
