"Lost" All My Points - Complaint

CALIFORNIA -- I had over 18,000 points in my account. Now there are 200 and I have been saving those points for a gift card. All my monthly statements are blank, yet their bonus emails show that I have 18,000+ points in my account.
They are not responding to emails and I've read through their terms and have violated none of them.
Highly disappointed and do NOT recommend them to anyone. I had been a member since 2006 and had not had issues until recently. Poor customer service.
