Our Stove From Sears is Still Not Working
Kenmore Stove - Complaint
HOFFMAN ESTATES, ILLINOIS -- We, my family and I, purchased a stove from Sears about four years ago. From the time we got it, we have constantly had to call technicians to come and take a look at the stove. The most recent technician that came to look at it was very rude and accusatory. He said that were using incorrect cooking equipment on the stove. My family and I use pots and pans just like everyone else. Even though we have had many technicians look at it, our stove is not fixed and our problem is not solved. The problem with the stove is that two of the burners are not working and sometimes the stove gashes fire. This is not the first time we have purchased appliances from Sears. The other appliances have worked fine, so we are unsure as to why this stove is not working properly. We are very dissatisfied with the product and service. We will not be making another purchase from Sears again.
