Purchase of Hot Water Dispensing Pot - Complaint

NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS -- This is the first and last time I will order from Overstock.com. Purchased a supposedly brand new Hot Water Dispensing Pot from them and it arrived with no power cord in it. Was I sent a new product? Quality Control certainly should have caught that at the manufacturing plant. I am beginning to think they sold me a used product. The customer service person was nice and told me they would have the warehouse send me the cord. I will not buy from them again.
