Lowes - Statement Delay
KENTUCKY -- I did not get a statement for May. Now, my statement in June lists me as past due and charges a late fee and interest. If this had happened only once I might blame the postman, but this is the second time in the past six months. The last time I realized that I did not get a statement and called which took about 45 minutes on the phone, but it did get a statement in time for me to pay before the due date. I have had a Lowes credit card for several years and if you check, you will see that I buy a considerable acount from Lowes and that I am never late. It is so unfair that I have these charges and have no way of dealing with it on the phone. I hope someone will take the time to address this issue, even though I am doubtful that a real person is in billing or the complaint department.
