Burger King - Poor Product & Poor Handling
Dinner - Complaint
COVINGTON, LOUISIANA -- After working a 12 hr, day went into Burge King at 605 North Hwy. 190 in COVINTON, Louisiana ordered an original chicken sandwich and took it back to my hotel room only to find the sandwich to be soggy, dripping with moisture from the wilted & what appeared to be spoiled lettuce. I also took a swallow of my Sprite which tuned out to be carbonated water only. I then tried a french fry and found it to be cold and hard. I went back to Burger King and asked if they would eat what I was served// THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER SAID SHE WOULD NOT. SHE THEN ASKED THE MANAGER WHAT TO DO TO WHICH THE MANAGER REPLIED " iT WAS BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT" I GUESS GIVE HIM ANOTHER ONE. I HAVE OWNED MY OWN RESTAURANTS AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS UNPLEASANT AND I WILL NOT WANT TO VISIT ANOTHER BURGER king due to one not really giving a damn about the customer. this happened at 7:45 pm on June 7th 2012. I am not writing to get anything or anyone in trouble, accountability is something we all have a duty to hold those who do not handle their jobs correctly my phone # is 512-241-9560 and I would welcome the opportunity to explain further how I feel the "snowball principal" could happen if they serve others this quality and do not seem to care.
