VIRGINIA -- In your Roanoke, Virginia store on Saturday, June 9, 2012 around six or so with the interest of purchasing a skycaddie, in locating them, the man, (Mike, I think) was sitting there at the counter. In questioning him for information, he sat there, had no sales pitch, knew nothing of the product or offered any advice, had to ask everything, even to see one in the displace case. This to me was the worse service ever, so needless to say, I walked out, not happy. I knew about what I wanted but needed more information. This kind of service one does not need nor do you need to have this man in a position where he knows nothing

Did you ask Mike if there was someone in the store who knew something about it? You're right - they should have someone capable of answering product questions.

I've been pretty disappointed in my visits to Dick's as well. I was given outright incorrect information by a fellow in the firearms department. I think the chain is well named.
