STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT BY ALL MEANS. They lie and are unwilling to help you. I have been a customer for 10 years and have a family plan, which is suppose to offer the 2nd line free then $ 19.99 for each additional. Shame on me for not totally looking my bill over, they have been charging me
$19.99 for all other 3 lines. 2 of which are not smart phones.
I went on their web site as a new customer and chose the same plan & 4 smart phones. Get ready IT'S THE SAME PRICE that I'm paying now!!!! I called them and after continually trying to get my point across that it's insane that I'm paying that much for what I have, yep you guessed I was there NOTHING they can do. However I could always add 2 smart phones which by the way would cost me MORE then if I were a new customer..
I was told no matter what I would have to pay for each additional line that it's not included anymore as of Feb 2012. I read the representative exactly what THEIR web site stated ( the 2nd line was INCLUDED) I was told that was
incorrect and their system seems to not have updated that information yet. REALLY AFTER 4 MONTHS it hasn't updated but yet they have the brand new HTC Evo LTE that just came out over the weekend advertised.
Bottom line they lie, their customer service is horrible, they over charge you then will do nothing to rectify the issue. I told them they can eat their early termination fees and I would glady spend the $ 70.00 extra to switch to Verizon..
