Direct Tv - Bad Service
No Service - Complaint
CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA -- Service with this company sucks. For three days now every time I try to watch TV or play the game the screen goes blank. It comes back and cuts off every two minutes. I have a TV in every room (4) and they all do the same thing. Some nights I would like to stay up and watch TV and play the game but the service is bad. When it rains you better have some DVDs to watch because you forget watching TV. You could at least give credit on the bill because I am not getting 30 days of service without problems. COX will be getting my business and any and everyone that ask about your service I will let them know it is a waste of money to deal with Direct TV. If you have small children they don't understand what is going on when they cannot watch TV. I am sure by now your company knows of the problems so please tell me what are you doing to better your service. All I keep getting is "SEARCHING FOR SATELITE SIGNAL (771)RID:3053 11102 CARD 0010-4416-33 Stop stealing. I will bad mouth this company. If I go out shopping and see your company trying to enlist customers I will be the first to tell them how bad your company is. Why don't you get it together and give service that you can be proud of. WHY?WHY?WHY? Start giving some credits back to the customers that are not getting service they deserve.
