RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- Paytel has terrible reviews. most are dated a few years back. thought I would leave some favorable feedback for them! I was confused about not having a pin number and sent them an email asking about it. got a reply within an hour... and the instructions were very easy to follow! to set up a new account (with pin number) go to www.Paytel.com...click on family and friends...calling plans...prepaid account...and sign up and create pin number. if you go to Walmart to purchase, you will not have a pin number and you will not be able to add $$$ to your account. good luck, and thanks Paytel, for making a stressful person smile!
