Conns - Won't Fix My Electric Range

MCALLEN, TEXAS -- I had bought the extended warranty on my glass top electric range. But I've always had problems with it. First the glass top cracked while cooking. They fixed it, then they replaced all the electrical parts inside, because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. About 2 weeks later the glass top cracked again while cooking, and they didn't want to fix it. So I had to buy another one somewhere else. I still have the stove in my garage.

Did they give you a reason why they didn't cover the second failed top? I know most extended warranty companies won't cover ' cosmetic ' parts...
