Trailer Hitch on 2012 Toyota Rav4 - Complaint

ATTLEBORO, MASSACHUSETTS -- I had a trailer hitch installed on my 2012 Rav4 today and when I picked it up there was a 1 inch screw sticking out of the side of my car. The attendant called his manager and the manager had the attendant take a picture of it. Then the kid proceeded to tell me to come back tomorrow to discuss my filing a complaint. All I want to do right now is to get this lousy hitch off of my car and get the car repaired. I have never run across such incompetence and irrresponsibility. My advice to anyone looking for a trailer hitch is DO NOT go to UHAUL. They will screw you and run.

UHaul installs *a lot* of hitches. I think they put one in for us like 37 years ago, and they are a popular choice today. They advertise they are "number 1 in hitch installations".
