AAA Insurance - Incompetent Insurance Billing
DEARBORN, MICHIGAN -- AAA Insurance is incompetent with billing. They applied my premium to another member's account, cancelled my insurance, reinstated it, then sent me another bill for the same coverage. WTF. I wasted a full day trying to resolve their own billing error and all I got was a crappy, "I apologize for your frustration...things are automated and we can't stop certain things from being sent." Their customer service reps are useless. They apologize, then put you on hold, then apologize, and put you on hold for another ten minutes. They need to figure out a better way to talk to each other within the organization to ensure that the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. Also, they should figure out how to keep their members happy and provide a service to their members when they make mistakes. Incompetent morons.
