Ride From the Airport - Complaint
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I had a prepaid ride from Miami airport to my home using SuperShuttle. When I arrived to the airport I called the customer service of SuperShuttle to find out where I was going to be picked up. The clerk that took my call was rude and abusive. He did not give me directions to go to the pick up place. I had to figure it out. Finally, when I got there, nobody from SuperShuttle appeared. I waited more than 30 minutes and finally I had to take a different shuttle company. The following day I called the customer service to complain about this incident but I did not hear an apology. On the contrary, they told me that the money I had paid for the ride was not refundable, despite that I did not get the ride.
