NAPLES, FLORIDA -- I bought a car on eBay from Ambassador Auto Sales out of Naples, Florida. Nick, the owner of Ambassador Auto Sales, was very rude and difficult to deal with. The car arrived damaged, full of dents and scratches. It was advertised as a one owner Florida car but when I ran a CarFax report it had 6 different owners and was flood damaged!

Now Ambassador Auto Sales refuses to make me whole after the sale, basically telling me to pound rocks.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH AMBASSADOR AUTO SALES!!!

Buying cars on Ebay is tricky. I sold one of my cars on Ebay, because I wanted to sell it quickly and get wide advertising coverage. It was a good deal to who bought it, because they got a great price and I advertised it honestly.

Problem is, many of the cars on Ebay are placed there by used car outfits, and they are NOT going to generally be thorough in their description. I have gone to look at several cars advertised on Ebay, and virtually all were not accurately advertised.

I guess you ran the CarFax after you bought the car?
