Singer Lazer Complaint - Singer Lazer Vacuum

ST. FRANCIS, MINNESOTA -- I have also experienced the horrible customer service of this company. I am put on hold for 30 to 40 to 60 mins at a time then hung up on. I have never been able to get through and it has been 3 months since I ordered my vacuum. Of course they took my money already. I am on hold once again (4th time calling tonight and being hung up on)and all I want is my money back. I don't even want the vacuum anymore! Why would a well know vacuum company allow this to happen? I am so frustrated. Don't order anything from them! I warn you.....
