garmin edge 800 - Complaint

I purchased a Garmin Edge 800 without reading the fine print. Customer service is non existent they disconnected me 5 times and when finally I get to talk to some one he did not care about my problem just told me to return it. If you return the item the will charge you 15% of the total price plus shipping. That is a big chunk of money if you pay $400.00 for the item as I did. Be forewarned, if you try to return an item you will be hit with a good penalty.
