ATLANTA -- I have had account with Kohl's since 2003 never been late always paid on time. due to hardship I called spoke with customer service representative I was put on hardship program for 2 months after that my account will be reopen. I call to reopen account was told within 24 to 48 hours my account would be reopen. never open the account I later called back was told they had closed my account turned it over to collections I was told the other representative misled me. why have someone mislead a loyal customer they are able to see payment history since 2003 it was a lot of horse play from person to person.
