Kohl's - Store is disorganized

It's the customers who mess the store up, not management. This store might be understaffed and doesn't have enough people to help clean the store.

I don't think the OP (a customer) messed up the store, I think she is upset that lately it is always such a mess. And that's the manager's responsibility to deal with.

Short staffed or not is not relevant. What is relevant is that the store is a mess and it's actively losing a customer. If Kohl's can't afford to clean its stores, they can't afford customers.

You don't have to qualify for the credit card discount. Anyone who has the credit card gets the discount coupons in the mail every month.

I agree with this complaint. My mother has a credit card and shreds those 30% coupons every time she gets one because the Kohl's here where we live in NY is the same way, unorganized and poor quality. The last time both of us went there was 2 years ago when we were informed last minute that my daughter's school had gone to uniforms. We only went because my mother had the coupon and it took us almost an hour to find things and that was with the help of an employee. They just throw things up on the racks.

I have to agree about the quality of the clothing. It does seem cheap then they mark it up so you feel like you're getting a deal with the discount coupon. I only buy very casual clothing there for that reason.

The organization and cleanliness of the store really varies upon location. Ten minutes from me is a Kohl's in a busy strip mall. The store is always crowded and not organized due to the high volume of customers. If I drive 25 minutes to another Kohl's it's much more organized because they're not as busy. I seem to find a better selection there. Overall I still like Kohl's.
