SYDNEY -- I needed a replacement seal for my fridge and called Seal a fridge. The company told me that they did not have my seal in stock and would need to order it. I was told to order it today as it took 2 - 3 days to get to them and then they would come to install it. I had to pay $50 then and there before they would order the seal.

I called at day 2, day 3, day 4, day 5 and day 7 to be told each time the seal had not come in. I cancelled the order and asked for my money to be refunded. I was told this would happen. My money was not refunded.

As this is a franchise I put my request for a refund in writing to the franchiser. I received neither an acknowledgement nor my refund.

I would not recommend this company.

Do they sell OEM parts or are they aftermarket?
