Rite Aid - This Pharmacy Needs to Be Closed Down Fast

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA -- I came to pharmacy to be consulated by pharmacist this mad looking pharmacist was sitting down on her chair and didn't come close to me. She shared my request by 15 to 20 people waiting in line. I felt embrassed that my urinary tract infection was broadcasted. Where is my privacy why is this pharmacist still has a job. Felt embrassed. Don't go there ever ....

How did the pharmacist share you request, and what does that mean anyway? How did she broadcast that you have a U UTI?

It means the pharmacist didn't get out of the chair and come close enough, so she was talking way too loud and everyone heard the conversation.
OP, don't worry about it, the other people were just worrying if they were going to have their treatment broadcast also. I'll bet none of them were even listening to your treatment.

Obviously not the pharmacy where young, aspiring actors/actresses come in, dreaming of being introduced to Hollywood big shots. Still, that pharmacist was wrong in broadcasting your medical problem...that could violate HIPPA (Health Insurance Privacy and Portability Act) rules as well.

I would think that HIPPA did not apply, because it apparently would be the op who was telling the pharmacist what the problem was, i.e. the pharmacist did not disclose the condition, but the op.
In that situation, the best response would simply be to leave, and seek medication elsewhere.
