DirecTV - The Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!

EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA -- DO NOT USE DIRECTV - SCAM, THIEFS, NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS - I just received a call from DirecTV regarding my bill. Even though I paid the account, they treated me like a dead beat. Prior to my installment and auto pay, I called this company to make arrangement, but was told there was nothing they could do. After switching banks, I did not want to be late with my payment and had not completed the process, so I tried to get a few extra days for my auto pay. When I spoke to the nice lady several days before the payment would process, she stated that I had time and don't worry. Well Patrick from their so called customer service did not agree - for that I get accessed $15.00 return check fee. After being treated with no respect, I asked for his supervisor. That's was worth nothing!!!! After waiting in queue for an additional 14 minutes, I got worthless Micheal who just talked over me. After telling me he would waive my fee this one time and don't do it again. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO DIRECTV AND I'M GONE AT THE END OF MY CONTRACT - If I could give less than 1 star I would. DISH Network here I come....
