Popeyes - Double frustrating customer

NORTH AURORA, ILLINOIS -- I visited store#5959 in North Aurora IL on 6/17 and completed the feedback survey the same day. Instead of getting a validation code right away I was told that a code would be sent to my email address the following day. However I have not received any code as of now, the 3rd day. This was double frustrating because I was served with teeny-tiny Louisana tenders which were less than half the size I used to get and then I never got the code which was promised for my time doing the survey! Please let me know what is going on? On the positive side, the restaurant was tastefully re-modelled recently and the rest room was much nicely than before, even though the restaurant itself still looks old from outside.
