SARASOTA, FLORIDA -- We booked a cruise advertised as having London as being part of the trip we knew the ship could not get into london but were told by their agent we could take a shore excursion into London, when we got the shore excursion list there were none offered by the travel agency or the cruise line. We received the final payment notice 1 day before it was due, they would not refund our deposit & we had to take another cruise and pay extra in the amount of 1100.00. On the way to the port their bus was involved in an accident due to the brakes failing, they never contacted us concerning the accident. When we arrived in Paris our hotel reservation had been made for the day after we arrived &in the wrong name. In conversations with them they deny ever having advertised this as going to London, furthermore they refuse to take any responsibility for any of the other problems.

Try contacting the Florida Attorney Generals office via http://myfloridalegal.com/contact to see if they can offer you some assistance in dealing with this company. You can also file a quick complaint at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/index.shtml for good measure. [additional info.
