Feather River Doors - 10 Day Delivery Guarantee Bwahhhh Now Thats Funny

TACOMA, WASHINGTON -- Special ordered a door off their 10 day guarantee brochure and now that we are on day 20 am told it will be another month before delivery. When you call their customer service department their own people tell you they hate the 10 day guarantee because it is not realistic. I would have ordered from Anderson and been happy with the 4-6 week lead time for a quality door, but now I am stuck with 4-6 week lead time and Feather River. Buyer Beware!
