Feather River Doors - 10 Day Delivery Guarantee Bwahhhh Now Thats Funny

TACOMA, WASHINGTON -- Special ordered a door off their 10 day guarantee brochure and now that we are on day 20 am told it will be another month before delivery. When you call their customer service department their own people tell you they hate the 10 day guarantee because it is not realistic. I would have ordered from Anderson and been happy with the 4-6 week lead time for a quality door, but now I am stuck with 4-6 week lead time and Feather River. Buyer Beware!

You might try contacting Bobbi at email@featherriverdoor.com and see if they can either speed things up or offer some sort of assistance to you.

Bobbi isn't kidding either. She found not my complaint, but a question I posted on a handyman site and had a replacemnet for my door arranged without me even asking her. This company - I'll bet ya dollars to dimes will go way more out its way to make sure you get treated fairly then almost anyone else. And no...my brother in law does not own this business.
