DVR Cable Box - Complaint
STRONGSVILLE -- I have had to change my DVR cable box three or four times this year. I have two boxes, both stopped working. I replaced the boxes and now one in the room sounded like someone popping corn and the other took a long time to change channels after you pressed a button on remote. I changed the boxes. The pop corn is now louder and the main one stops over an over again when you watch prerecorded shows off the DVR. Does no one check these boxes with what we do to them? I pay over a hundred dollars a month, actually 150. Should we not be entitled good products at that cost? If I could get another company at where I am I would. I am now strongly considering Direct TV.
