Geico - Left in the Dark

KINGMAN, ARIZONA -- Geico what can I say, but that you left us in the dark for a week about the car that was total, giving me a hard time trying to get to work cause you keep puting me on hold about helping me resolve the problem. Where are you when it comes to paying you breathing down my neck but I need you now and can't be found.

When they get back to you about the car, you may also want to inquire about how the incident will effect your rates.
