T-Mobile - Terrible Service
LAKE MARY, FLORIDA -- After locking into a 2 year contract I found that even though my home was in the coverage area I could not use my cell phone at my home. At best, it was weak to no service available. After contacting t-mobile they said I would need to purchase a signal booster ($300.00) Or rent one from them for my home. Forced me to purchase Majic Jack so I would have phone service at my home.
In additon, after the 2 year contract I cancelled 6 days into the monthly billing cycle & they still charged me for a complete month, 24 extra days.
After calling them they said it is in the original contract, that I am responsible for the complete month. (If you are cancelling t-mobile be sure you do it on the last day of the billing cycle or you will be on the hook for the balance/full month.) My new service is no contract, half t-mobile price & strong signal at my home.
