Hotel.com - Stay Away

WESTON, FLORIDA -- Used Hotel.com to book Travelodge in Bridgeport WV. Hotel was inadequate. Black mold on damp mattress. Couldn't stay so went to another hotel. Requested Refund. Travelodge indicated it needed to come from Hotel.com. After several attempts absolutely no response. Poor Customer service..Hope they lose more than the $60 they won't refund me.

This is reason #32 I don't use a third party to book rooms, out of the top 100.
