Vonage - Bad Customer Service

GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN -- I called to cancel my Vonage service of 4 years and agent actually signed me up to be a continuous service for the next 6 months and hung up. I had to call back and go through the whole cancel service thing again to get it done. They will not refund any unused weeks either. Once you tell them you don't want their service anymore, they get extremely rude. Like I would ever come back.
