My first experience flying jetBlue will definitely be my last. Engineered whole trip around an early morning flight from Boston to Austin. Cancelled without any notice along with several other flights. Rude handling of chaotic aftermath, could get me home "in a couple of days.," told many others they were just out of luck. Seriously? Scrambled to get another multi-plane flight, twelve plus hours in the airport. JB promised refund but would not give printed refund on request. Based on other complaints here, that may be another fight.
