BRIDGEPORT, WEST VIRGINIA -- First, I've been getting my dentures from Affordable Dentures for quite a long time. I went to Bridgeport, WV where it is run by a foreigner who doesn't speak English very well and because I am a denture wearer, she put that blue gunk over the dentures I was wearing to make me a new set. I am thinking at the time, I've never had this done before. I would take out my old set and then they would make an impression and I was fine. When I got my teeth, guess what- because they were set in my mouth on top of the old dentures already in my mouth, the new teeth were smaller and even the teeth, especially the lower front looked like baby teeth. She talked me into "you need to get used to them".
After 2 weeks, I went back and insisted upon getting my money back. Reluctantly, they returned my money. This woman knows NOTHING about what she is doing.

I have to admit I don't understand what took place here. Sounds like totally inept service, based on the description. Like clutzy said, at least you got a refund!

My Dad must be lucky. He got his dentures around 1968 and still has the same ones.
