Dish - My TV Was Fine, Went Off, Tech Couldn't Fix by Phone
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- If it rains we know we won't have TV because we have Dish. As usual after a storm didn't have TV for 5 days. Kept calling to go through the 12 step do this do that, didn't work, nothing they suggested so they told me since I didn't have a service policy I was going to have to pay $95.00 to have a tech out or buy a service policy for $7 a month to fix their faulty equipment.
They ask me who installed the equipment so told them my contractor but he has been gone since February, this is June so why are you blaming him. They said once the equipment is installed it was then considerd the buyer's equipment and we were responsible after that. What????
