Amazon - No goods no refund yet(60days)
iPad - Complaint
Ordered Ipad delivery promised in 20 days(?? should have been suspicious) 60 days no delivery and no refund. I filed an Amex dispute when I was told by Amazon that it could take 3-5 days to refund my puchase because it was thru a 3rd party seller. I have called almost every day since the 5th of June (2012) (order was placed on May 10, 2012) each time that I have called it is like calling for the first time I can not get past the customer reps, no manager or supervisor will take ownership.
They say they credited my Amex account $425.99 on Jun 10th 2012 (THAT IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME AND CONFIRMED IT WITH AN E-MAIL) but they have not placed these funds in my account
On June 25 2012 I informed by Amazon that an Amex dispute will now take anorher 105 days????
