Sears - Bad Customer Care Service. Poor Installation
GE Dishwasher - Complaint
ONLINE, NEW JERSEY -- NO ONE should purchase ANYThing from Sears. We bought a Dishwasher in Feb 2012. The Dishwasher flooded my kitchen as soon as the installer left. They came after 4 hours to fix. The kitchen flooded again the next morning. They fixed the dishwasher, only for it to break in June. It takes them weeks to respond to simple queries. They do not schedule appointments properly. We keep getting transferred from one number to another for days. They keep delaying the process of replacing our dishwasher, by putting in wrong CC numbers and letting us know ONLY at the close of business hours at their end. That way everything gets pushed to the next day. This has caused a LOT of stress in the last many months. Please DO NOT purchase anything from Sears. BTW we have the 5 year master Protection Plan. Do not waste your money here.
