DURHAM, NORTH CAROLINA -- David's Bridal
1. In my opinion this store is equivalent to Dollar-Dresses !!!
2. Gives off-the rack-tried on by hundreds of dresses to brides
3. The David's Bridal I shopped at does NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!
4. Rip-Off-for-Ripped-Dress
5. Kept dress for Halloween costume.....bought a real dress at Demetrios.
6. Aw-Well..You get what you pay for..Paid 600 plus for dirty garments...torn..raggedy...
7. Why did I take it out of the store?? Lady said they would steam clean it..if any spots etc...bought a garment bag for $10.00.
I had no idea how dirty it was until got it in the sunlight..how ripped it was until in sunlight...
8. Called the next day to inform them of Dirty Dress. They could care less..No Refunds..Will steam clean...
9. They take your money and RUN..
10. The only good thing about dealing with this Million Dollar-Dollar Dress Company is that "You DO NOT get what you pay For" .....
I will sell this dress to the highest bidder..So far I have been offered $25...One lives and learns...
I can understand the "No Return" Policy....even after one week...but not the next day....not if they have all of the info about the wedding...I am so disappointed that a company would do this to people..I would love to meet this David guy and tell him/her..it what an unpleasant experience we had at his store...dirty dressing rooms...not enough space...dirty carpet...dirty dresses...dirty..disgusting experience..

#2 'dress tried on by hundreds of brides' what did you expect from a 'bridal shop' that sells wedding dresses? Did you think that you would be the only person to try on the dresses? You are the not only person in your city to go to David's Bridal to try on dresses.

TLSmith, at bridal shops, the dress you try on is a sample dress. The store actually orders a brand new dress after measuring the bride. But some stores will sell the sample dress at a discounted price. Not sure if the OP bought the sample dress. I'm actually not sure if David's bridal orders new dresses or sells the ones off the rack. My bridesmaid's dress was ordered from there in my size. I didn't keep the one I tried on.
