Lowes - Great Return Policy!
FREDERICK, MARYLAND -- I purchased three Majestic Palms from Lowes without researching the care they would need. After they began to die I found that they are TERRIBLE house plants. Unfortunately, I could not find my receipt and I did not purchase them with the My Lowes card that tracks all purchases for you. I took the plants back to the store anyway, and to my delight, all they needed was the card I used to pay with and they did the rest! They looked up the card number, saw what items I had purchased with it, and were able to fully refund my money! Awesome!
