Travelocity - Worst Travel Company Around
NEW BRITAIN, CONNECTICUT -- This is the worst company to use for travel arrangements. Their customer service suck big time. You have to wait a long time on the phone before talking with anyone and some of the agents do not understand or speak English very well. Ask for a manager and you have to wait another 20 or 25 minutes. If you cancel your flight then Travelocity will hold your money for you to travel within a year but you pay $190. Per passenger or you lose it all. Looking for a price match refund, make sure you submit within 24 hrs and prepare to fight for it before they would cough up the difference. Then when they finally agree to give it to me, my apology was a discount of $50. Towards a package which I am unlikely to use so they Win anyway. Like a fool I decided to give them another try and it bit me in the ass. Learn from my mistakes.
There are other companies out there who do a better job and appreciate your business. Avoid them and maybe they will get the message.
