Panasonic - No record of receipt, but USPS tracking says delivered.

MCALLEN, TEXAS -- Contacted Panasonic in regards to the turn-around time for my warranty repair, but the couldn't tell me anything, except it takes 7-10 business days to return.....well, it's almost 10 days so why can the not acknowledge their case number is received and in progress.....

Wow, if their warranty material tracking is so lackadaisical, their repairs are likely the same. Maybe next time I’ll consider a Cannon, Nikon or Sony camera……too much money invested to have a this type of business handle my goods.

Panasonic is a great company. Maybe they aren't set up for inquiries into the status of repairs prior to completion.

It's possible your camera will be perfectly repaired and back in your possession within a week. I hope so - please check back and let us know what happens.
