PLAINFIELD, INDIANA -- When I purchased 2 mattress and box springs and a bed from Value City in Plainfield I was ripped off and horrible service! This was four years ago and nothing had been solved! After I got my bed a month after the foot board broke. It had been clued together. The rest of it cracked! My mom mattress turn brown a box spring broke! I complained nothing! Then after 6 months! The mattress and box spring fell through! The drawers in the bed do not stay. The mattress is slanted in the bed!. Value City do nothing! Today I sleeping slanted on a mattress that fell threw! We had to throw out the box springs, because they broke! Now I sleeping on a couch because its hard for me to get out! I'm disabled! When they delivered the mattress and box springs and bed! They ask a senior citizen lady and a disabled women to put the old mattress in bags and put then in a truck. Then take off the new bags with the new mattress and box springs! They took 1,000 dollars of what I paid for! I live on a fixed income! No I must save for a new bed and mattress and box spring! My mom save for her mattress and box spring. Now my mom sleeps just on springs and mattress! So be careful not to buy from Value City.

When you contacted the store what did they say? 4 years is not average or expected 'life' of a mattress or bed springs or the bed either.
If you have the energy or people that can help you you can sue the store - small claims court might be an answer for you.
