EFaucets - Horrible Customer Service
Towel Rings - Complaint
WISCONSIN -- I placed an order on June 6, 2012 for a couple of Price Pfister towel rings. Order # 756858. My receipt specifically says will arrive 3-7 days UPS. I have yet to receive them and it is June 27, 2012. When I contacted customer service I was told they are shipping today. I paid $9.98 for shipping and received no notification that the products were going to arrive around 30 days later. One of the Supposed Supervisors – told me basically too bad – we will not reimburse you shipping – and that I should have checked availability. Terrible answer. When I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor or know the name of the owner she said “we do not give out that info…” Unbelievable!!! I asked her if the owner was in hiding!! Obviously the young lady is in the wrong line of work – all she had to do was give me my $9.98 back and say sorry. But she was condescending and I felt rude in the way she treated me. I think they need to do a little coaching with their “supervisors” about how they treat customers.
I cannot believe eFaucets cannot make this situation right and issue my $9.98 – what has to be a measly amount for a big company. Not to be nasty but I will go out of my way to contact the Attorney General’s office in Wisconsin about this simply because I am offended by the way I was treated by that supervisor. I have been a supervisor in a major corporation and would never have treated a customer like that – especially over $9.98 – but now, for me, it is the principal of the thing…and I am very upset.
