Charter Communications - Horrible Customer Service!!!
Charter Cable and Internet Service - Complaint
TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA -- I am not a current customer but my friend who works with me was trying to transfer Charter cable and internet service today to a new address because she is moving this weekend. She made a call to customer support and because they were being so rude to her she put the call on speaker phone. My friend was on the phone with Charter customer service for over an hour and got passed around to several different people who did not help her at all. I was horrified by the way the Charter customer service reps treated my friend. One representative was extremely rude, even laughed when my friend complained about the way she was being treated. My friend asked to speak to a supervisor and got laughed at again and my friend was told that "SHE" was the problem and that there was no problem with the customer service. The representative said that her name was "Amy Hall" - don't know if this is a real name or not but I know one thing - I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS!!!! And I will tell everyone I know how rudely my friend was treated! Several people overheard the conversation and could not believe that a "customer service representative" who is supposed to help people would be behaving so obnoxiously and not caring about the customer at all! My friend canceled her service - Charter Communications customer service sucks!!! Is there a way to rate them lower than a 1 star???
