Sears - An Awful Customer Service
Stove/Oven - Complaint
WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH AN AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE TECHNITIAN NEVER SHOW UP FOR A MEETING (FIXING MY OVEN) WHICH WAS SCHEDULE BETWEEN 8AM-12PM. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS AND BEING FED WITH LIES I FINALLY GAVE UP AT 7:40PM!!! MY WHOLE SATURDAY WAS ABOUT SEARS
On Sunday I spoke with a supervisor of customer service -no answer about what happened, soft apology. I demanded the service before my house party and against my request she schedule the technician for 1pm-6pm while I could not being home. I had to cancel the appointment after I received the call he was on his way.
SERIOUSLY AFTER BLOWING ME OFF ON SATURDAY. I HAD TO DEAL WITH ANOTHER ISSUE AND THE HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT CARE TO TRY TO FIX THE ISSUE.
SIMPLE KEY SEND ME TECHNITIAN WHEN I AM AVAILABLE AFTER YOU DID NOT PROVIDE PROMISED SERVICE AND POOR CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I AM STILL WITH BROKE OVEN AND I NEED TO MAKE MYSELF AVAILABLE FOR THEM!!!!!
