Empire - Incomplete Job

FRANKLIN, WISCONSIN -- Ceramic flooring installed 5 days ago and counting with promises from company to complete the job. No cancellations, they just promise, but never show up. Do not trust the BBB ratings, they are a fraud, or from another obscure source.

Just read the complaints on this site about Empire. You are not alone. The A+ BBB rating? Yeah, they likely bought that.

Chuck brings up a great point. On a job like this, it is best to use a company that doesn't require full payment until the work is complete.

I'm pretty sure Empire is a BBB "Accredited company" which is another way of saying the rating is worthless and the company pays a fee (larger for larger companies) for the privilege. This saddens me for such an old an well known company such as the BBB - ratings for *non* accredited companies are actually quite accurate.
