Dicks - Very Slow Service

WEST MIFFLIN, PENNSYLVANIA -- It took 21 days to get a return on bike. Two unanswerd emails and no reinbursement for 18 months of warranty.

You can report this to the regional office of the PA Bureau of Consumer Protection in Pittsburgh by calling (412) 565-5135. You can also stop down at the Pumphouse at the Waterfront on a nice weekend day and share your experience about Dick's with some of the many bike riders that park there to start on the bike path there. There's a large biking community in the Pittsburgh area and Dick's should know better than to give poor service them!
